Customer Development Coordinator/ Product & Marketing Specialist

Scope:
The role of Customer Development Manager is essential for managing the customer-centric initiatives, being a cornerstone in delivering on BCR Social Finance’s strategy.
Main responsibilities:
- Proposes, implements and manages Customer Acquisition plans, covering customer-centric product marketing positioning, campaigns and lead management based on marketing plan, stakeholders feedback and BCR’s Social Finance growth targets.
- Proposes, implements and manages Customer Marketing Programs to increase referral rates, Customer Satisfaction & NPS Scores, through communication tactics (e.g. customer testimonials) and digital-focused processes.
- Maps and manages the Customer Journey across the lifecycle (including reporting), to propose & implement plans that ensure continuous customer development based on data-driven decisions, with a strong focus on enhancing digitalization.
- Proposes, manages & continuously develops Commercial Partnerships to drive customer portfolio development, while ensuring that the existing opportunities from already developed communities and projects are treated with priority.
- Works closely with & supports Business Development Coordinator/Product Manager/Sales Teams to assure an integrated and seamless Project Management of Customer Development plans in line with the Business Development, Product Management & Sales Strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or social sciences.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the following areas: Customer Management/Experience, CRM, Product/Customer Marketing or Segment Management.
- Experience in project management, product marketing can be considered a plus
- Experience in a Sales Representative role can be considered a plus
- Proficient in English, with excellent writing and verbal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Adaptability, Problem solving, Planning and Analysis skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a proactive team player.
